A growing property management company in Redmond, WA is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including documentation and variance review
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis by comparing actual results against projected expenses and revenues
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice review, audits, and compliance-related documentation
- Collaborate with property management, operations, and administrative teams to resolve accounting questions and maintain accurate financial information
Pay
- Salary range: $90,200 to $116,800 per year
