Staff Accountant
About the role
This is an onsite role- candidate must be able and willing to work from office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Process billings for our audit services business using our proprietary software.
- Assist with billings for our software SaaS and services business.
- Aid with client follow-ups on outstanding AR and provide support for inquiries.
- Administer the corporate credit card program.
- Administer corporate mobile phone program.
- Aid with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in computing and analysis
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and cash collections processes
- General ledger experience
- Two years experience in industry or public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred: BS in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Ability to learn and perform multiple functions for redundancy within Finance
- Ability to work with others within the company to solve finance related issues
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
The role is an onsite position requiring a minimum of 5 days a week of work.
