What You'll Be Doing
- Process and manage day to day accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month end close activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger operations
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies
- Possess strong communication skills and an approachable, team-first attitude
- Work comfortably in a collaborative office environment
- Be interested in leveraging technology and automation to streamline accounting functions
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; at least 3 years of accounting experience; strong background in Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations; demonstrated stability in previous positions with a solid tenure history; strong communication skills and an approachable, team-first attitude; comfortable working in a collaborative office environment; interest in leveraging technology and automation to streamline accounting functions
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a large ERP system (ex. NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
