Details

Salary: $65–75K. Location: Mt. Holly/Huntersville area. Schedule: Fully onsite with potential for 1 remote day. Environment: Quiet, casual, laid‑back, and professional. Dress Code: Business casual. Reports to: Corporate Controller.

Role Overview

• Accounts payable
• General ledger
• Cash application
• Bank reconciliations
• Sales & use tax
• Month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjusting entries in accordance with US GAAP
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, and recurring entries
• Review and record corporate credit card expenses
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist with audits and financial reviews
• Support tax consultants with tax filings and compliance
• Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Provide backup support for AP and AR/collections as needed
