Stadium Worker| Part-Time | Rentschler Field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute event changeover, setup, and operations for the facility.
• Inspect the facility to ensure all event-related tasks have been completed.
• Participate in part-time operations for non-event tasks or projects, such as groundskeeping and general maintenance.
• Maintain clean conversion equipment and work areas, and perform inspections as needed.
• Aid Operations and Event Staff with additional projects as required.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools related to job functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions (preferred).
• Familiarity with terminology used in entertainment and convention settings (plus).
• Knowledge of customer service practices.
• Ability to work off-hours, nights, weekends, and some holidays if necessary.
• Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, maneuver stairs, and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically.

Pay

This position pays an hourly rate of $16.94.

Schedule

Hours may vary based on event schedules and operational needs.
