Responsibilities

• Helping set up and stocking all concession stands and portable locations.
• Maintaining attention to detail, including inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
• Rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
• Upkeep of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
• Maintaining neat, organized, and sanitary condition of all storage areas as directed.
• Delivering items according to requisitions and placing inventory in a proper fashion using the FIFO method of rotation.
• Maintaining the overall security of all storage areas by ensuring that all areas are properly locked and protected.
• Auxiliary in monthly inventory as directed.
• Note any inventory needed to complete upcoming events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of foodservice / hospitality warehouse experience; similar venue experience a plus.
• Food service certification.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.
