Warehouse Runners | Seasonal Part-Time | Ford Idaho Center

Position Summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking seasonal Warehouse Runners to join our team at the Ford Idaho Center for our Summer Concert Series. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from May 14th, 2026, and will end on September 2nd, 2026. This position will remain open until July 24th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Helping set up and stocking all concession stands and portable locations.
• Ensuring attention to detail, including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality.
• Removing all trash and recyclables from all concession stands to maintain cleanliness.
• Rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
• Maintaining the overall security of all storage areas by ensuring that all areas are properly locked and protected.
• Making note of any inventory that is needed to complete upcoming events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Foodservice/hospitality experience preferred; similar venue experience a plus.
• A flexible work schedule; must be able to work some weekends.
• The ability to lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in both weather-related and non-weather-related cold environments.
