Key Responsibilities

Aid the Operations team with various tasks at all Stadium Events and Washington Commanders home games during the 2026-2027 season.

Participate in pre-event briefings to align on objectives, timelines, and specific responsibilities.

Ensure the implementation of all safety and security procedures at Northwest Stadium.

Develop and apply customer service strategies to guarantee outstanding guest experiences.

Contribute valuable insights in post-event reviews, suggesting improvements for future game-day operations.

Potential for involvement in additional events as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College, or a recent graduate.
  • This opportunity will commence on July 27th and continue until the end of January 2027.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event scheduling.
  • Availability to commit to all stadium events and Washington Commanders home games.
  • A strong passion and interest in learning and growing within stadium operations or venue management.
  • A professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk long distances, including outdoor environments.

Compensation

$15.30 per hour.
