What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging wine tastings, sharing knowledge in a fun and approachable way
- Create memorable experiences for guests, helping them discover wines they love
- Assist with special wine events and exciting promotions
- Keep our tasting room beautifully stocked and displayed
- Process sales and build lasting relationships with customers
- Work alongside a supportive and passionate team
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person who enjoys talking to guests and making them feel welcome
- Strong communication & public speaking skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (wine boxes can be heavy!)
- Weekend availability required
Experience That's a Plus (But Not Required!)
- Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Previous wine knowledge (we'll train you!)
Position Details
- Location: Frankenmuth Tasting Room
- Part-Time – Up to 29 hours per week (weekend availability required)
- On-Site – No remote work available
