St George Hospital - Outpatient Administration Officer

This role provides a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Outpatient department at St George Hospital to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line reception, administrative, and clerical support services
• Respond to a range of enquiries and determine appropriate responses
• Perform routine administrative tasks independently and as part of a team
• Contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures
• Use computer hardware, software applications, and electronic systems at a basic level
• Prioritise workloads while meeting strict deadlines to ensure service delivery

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, including attention to detail
• Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in an administrative role providing reception and clerical support

Pay

$73,915.12 - $76,218.80 per annum plus superannuation
