St. George Direct Support Professional

About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals who can provide daily support services to individuals with disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with their daily routines and needs, fostering a supportive environment, and enriching the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care activities
• Assist clients with medication management
• Facilitate social interactions and community engagement
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document client progress and communicate with families and other caregivers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

Pay

$16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for weekend work.

Schedule

Shifts available during weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
