About the role
Responsible for managing and controlling segment and channel operations within the SSG (Storage Group) division. Key focus areas include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned segments and channels.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and actual results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and practices.
- Experience with financial controls and risk management.
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial principles and their application in a business context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
