SSG Segment & Channel Controller

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end PL for all Segments and Channels, monitoring revenue, costs, and segment margin optimization.
• Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting cycles. Ensure alignment on strategy and execution with business and extended finance members.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast vs. Budget) to track business performance.
• Translate complex financial data into forward-looking advice, working closely with sales, operations, and product teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present executive packages to Finance and Business partners.
• Review Investment Cases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Financial acumen with controllership experience within the IT, technology, or managed services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls.
• Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management.
• 10+ years of hands-on Finance experience.
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team.
• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively autonomously.
