Role Description
The individual in this role will oversee assigned highly complex client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, a prompt response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation. This will include utilizing deep expertise to proactively identify potential growth opportunities that will help clients achieve their goals as well as be responsible for relationships that are typically large and often span multiple products/services. A Senior Relationship Manager role requires 8+ years of experience and specialized knowledge in products like ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, and alternatives.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 (or equivalent)
- The ability to travel as required to meet with clients, up to 20% of the time
- Preferred: CFA or CAIA designation preferred

Additional Compensation and Benefits Information
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185k – 210k year. This role can be based in NYC or Philadelphia. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired in the U.S., employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
