Sr. Worldwide Specialist - GenAI, Foundation Models, Data & AI GTM

About the role

The Sr. Worldwide Specialist - GenAI, Foundation Models, Data & AI GTM role is part of the core worldwide GenAI Foundation Models GTM team focused on GenAI infrastructure for model training. The role involves working directly with lighthouse Frontier AI model builders across segments and industry verticals to define, build, and deploy targeted strategies to accelerate adoption of AWS services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand AI infrastructure requirements and complexities involved in scaling GenAI model training across modalities and use-cases that leverage AWS' storage, compute, networking, and GenAI technologies.
• Define, lead, and execute GTM strategies to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
• Engage with startups and large enterprises to lead and drive engagements, including market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.
• Create compelling content and scalable programs to increase awareness and adoption of ML Frameworks and AWS solutions.
• Collaborate with Amazon SageMaker and Amazon EC2 product teams to shape product vision and prioritize features for GenAI infra.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, direct technology services sales, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with SLURM, Kubernetes, GenAI infra platforms such as Fireworks.
• Experience in GPU architecture, AI models, distributed training and inference.
• Experience in end-to-end model development lifecycle.
