Sr. Workday Certified Integration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on Workday, AI & Analytics, Okta, and Zscaler solutions.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or implementation.
• Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday, AI & Analytics, Okta, and Zscaler platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions.
• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
