Responsibilities
- Deliver HR and financial system solutions for business decision-making
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot system integrations
- Lead the creation and support of integration code using tools like Studio and core connectors
- Update and optimize existing integrations for clients
- Communicate technical issues and solutions with teams and clients
- Compile and deliver design and requirement documents for integration projects
- Engage with third-party vendors to complete integration tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of ERP integration development experience, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Current Workday Certification in one of the following: Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, or Workday Orchestrate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with modern technology, including EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, or middleware
- Awareness of HR or Financial Department environments and associated issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills for RFP responses and client presentations
