Basic Qualifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility
- IAT II certification (Security+, etc.) required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Experience with Active Directory, roaming profiles, and user creation required
- Experience with desktop operating system, updates, and patching troubleshooting required
- Experience with hardware movement, installation, and accountability required
- Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support required
- Experience working in a teaming/collaborative environment required
- Knowledge of network support in a classified environment (encryption, etc.) required
- Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) required
- Microsoft Service Manager experience / ServiceNow experience required
- Able to lift 50 pounds

This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical Programs that the Special Programs Division are responsible for. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM). This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, domain accounts, password issues and service requests (Servers, Workstations, and Storage).
This position provides Windows System Administration services including installation, integration and configuration of Windows, VMWare, and Hyper-V servers, as well Helpdesk services in support of the Stingernet Portfolio. This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, backups, inventory, and service requests in the support of program area IT environments at the Waterton, CO campus.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
- Experience with storage technologies (i.e., NetApp, Nimble, Racktop) desired
- Knowledge/understanding of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, PowerShell, Scorch/Runbooks, Terraform, Chef, Puppet) desired
- Experience working in heavy virtualized environments/private clouds (HyperV, VMware, Azure local, KVM, Nutanix) desired
- Knowledge/understanding of Domain Name Services (DNS) desired
- Managing advanced clusters and virtual desktop environments (RDS, HorizonView, Xen desktop) desired
- Capable of supporting multiple tasks and customers with competing deadlines concurrently desired
- Able to create documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure risk reduction desired
