Staff Windows System Administrator - TS/SCI W/Poly - Littleton, CO
Basic Qualifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility
- IAT II certification (Security+, etc.)
- SME level experience with the following:
- Active Directory (Domain Services, Certificate Services, Federative Services, Trusts, PKI)
- Windows Server (Server 2022, 2025) including backups, hardening, monitoring, tuning, and patching
- Extensive knowledge of HPE / Dell server hardware maintenance, deployment, patching, automation (HP Oneview, Ilo, IDRAC, etc.)
- Experience using VMWare or Hyper-V tools for virtualization
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus Trellix, WSUS, MECM, Ivanti, Splunk))

This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Waterton, CO. This position provides Windows System Administration services including installation, integration and configuration of Windows, VMWare, and Hyper-V servers, as well as the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Instructions (SOI's) in support of the Stingernet Portfolio. This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, backups and service requests in the support of program area IT environments at the Waterton, CO campus.
Desired Skills
- IAT III / IAM III (SecurityX, CISSP, etc.)
- Experience utilizing Linux integration with Active Directory (SSD, IDM)
- Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
Requirements
- Experience with storage technologies (i.e., NetApp, Nimble, Racktop)
- Knowledge of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, PowerShell, Scorch/Runbooks, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
- Architecting heavy virtualized environments/private clouds (HyperV, VMware, Azure local, KVM, Nutanix)
- Tuning SR-IOV / vRSS networking offloads, and configuring MPIO paths over Fibre Channel and iSCSI
- Managing advanced clusters and virtual desktop environments (RDS, HorizonView, Xen desktop)
