What You’ll Do
- Lead & Elevate Shared Services
- Provide strategic leadership across IT, HR, Marketing, and Office Operations, ensuring each function is aligned, well-supported, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Information Technology (IT): Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Human Resources (HR): Support a people-first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture.
- Marketing: Ensure brand, communications, and go-to-market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives.
- Office Operations: Ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across teams and locations.
- Drive Operational Excellence

- Streamline processes and maximize resources

- Strengthen Governance & Risk Management
- Establish clear policies, standards, and controls

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results
- Strong communicator who can influence, align, and execute
