Sr. UX Writer

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $117,587 – $167,982 annually.

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive content experiences to guide users effectively
• Develop cohesive messaging frameworks aligned with user and business needs
• Ensure consistency in voice and tone across product touchpoints
• Manage and optimize content within various experience platforms
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance user experiences
• Utilize research and analytics to refine content strategies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful user-centered content
• Strong adaptability in ambiguous environments
• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional product teams
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility
• Familiarity with content management systems and AI tools
