UX Writer

Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking a UX Writer to provide UX and content-writing support for their digital product experiences. The ideal candidate can quickly learn established documentation, follow existing content standards, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. This is project-based work hours vary with project demand. Equipment for system access will be provided. This role is predominantly remote but the client is prioritizing candidates based in the NYC area as there may be occasional opportunities for onsite meetings. Responsibilities: - Create clear, concise UX copy for digital product experiences. - Develop content that supports customer journeys and product interactions. - Write within established voice, tone, style, and web-content guidelines. - Partner with product, design, and stakeholder teams to refine content. - Use existing documentation and governance processes to ramp quickly. - Maintain consistency across product content and customer experiences. Requirements: - Proven UX content-writing experience for digital products and customer experiences. - Experience applying established style guides, including AP Style and web-content guidelines. - Ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and deliver with minimal hand-holding. - Familiarity with UX writing standards and content-governance practices.Working Style Available for stakeholder meetings during standard business hours; comfortable with a schedule combining collaboration and independent writing time; open to flexible or part-time utilization based on project demand.
