Responsibilities
- Implement portfolio plans aligned with clients' real estate goals
- Optimize and integrate portfolio with workplace strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external brokers for effective transaction negotiations
- Manage transaction documentation and client communications
- Lead and facilitate client meetings for transaction activities
- Oversee budgeting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting for transactions
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of transaction management experience in real estate
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management ability
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Prowess in working strategically with clients and developing tailored solutions
- Familiarity with standard real estate documentation and practices
