Responsibilities
- Undertake market analysis and property evaluations
- Develop and implement repositioning strategies for commercial properties
- Manage entitlement processes for land assets
- Collaborate with clients including banks, developers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals
- Participate in due diligence and risk assessment
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- A degree in real estate, finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
