Sr. Training Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, configuration management, review and maintenance of cyber training content.
• Works with the customer to understand training goals and requirements, applying a variety of training concepts into solutions that satisfy requirements.
• Understands the trainee audience and adapts training to their specific requirements and skillsets.
• Informs decisions on how to best apply training across a variety of mediums including, but not limited to video, online, documents, and in person.
• Maintains relevancy with commercial training architectures, tools, processes and solutions and ensures that the overarching training program is informed by those emerging trends.
• Supervises and mentors a team.

Requirements

• Required Degree/Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field. CISSP certification required.
• Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of training content development experience in a secure DoD environment. Experience with cyber training content. Experience developing and/or applying training across a variety of mediums. Experience supervising/mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• United States Citizenship required. (Green Card not acceptable)
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
