About the role
As Sr Technical Infrastructure (TI) Program Manager for the Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Data & Annotation team (MPSD&A), you will drive organization-level integrated technical infrastructure program management. You will oversee master scheduling, visibility mechanisms, and communication of program health, risks, and opportunities to unite the team in delivering quickly and efficiently. Your role involves managing complex infrastructure builds across multiple teams, delivering critical solutions, improvements, and deprecating outdated processes. You will be accountable for program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and meeting business goals while driving measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency, execution, compliance, and financial performance.
You will influence priorities and strategy through data-driven insights, advocate for project priorities and resource allocation, and resolve technical deficiencies. Effective communication with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, is key as you foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead contentious issues to consensus. You will partner with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams, setting clear goals, driving decisions, and surfacing risks with mitigation plans. As a simplifier, you will refine or remove procedures to boost productivity, participate in hiring, and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Drive organization-level integrated technical infrastructure program management, including master scheduling, visibility, and communication of program health, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage complex infrastructure builds across multiple teams, delivering critical solutions, improvements, and deprecating outdated processes.
- Develop and execute program strategy from concept to delivery, meeting challenging business goals and driving measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency, execution, compliance, and financial performance.
- Understand interdependencies and functionality of technologies, including customer requirements, deployment constraints, design limitations, and operational support.
- Influence priorities and strategy through data-driven contributions, advocating for project priorities, resource allocation, and program adoption to resolve technical deficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, fostering constructive dialogue and leading contentious issues to consensus.
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to set clear goals, drive decisions, and surface risks with mitigation plans.
- Simplify procedures to boost productivity, participate in hiring, and mentor others.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
- Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience in high-volume, high-production operations environments.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or automotive industries.
- Experience working within a supply chain or sourcing organization with responsibility for supplier oversight and performance/delivery management.
Pay
Base salary range: $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA). Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
