About the role
As Sr Program Manager for the Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Data & Annotation team (MPSD&A), reporting to the organization Director, you drive organization-level program management. You bring the team together to deliver results quickly and efficiently, drive improvement, and ensure the Prime Air program plan is achieved. You manage complex initiatives across multiple teams within and beyond your organization at the senior and executive leadership level, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, and new mechanisms, or deprecating outdated processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of large programs from concept to delivery, meeting challenging business goals and driving measurable improvements in customer experience, business or employee efficiency, execution, compliance adherence, financial performance, and other metrics.
- Understand interdependencies of problems you solve—aligned workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, and program support—and influence team priorities and strategy through data-driven contributions.
- Make the case for project priorities, resource allocation (employees, budget, travel), and program adoption to achieve business outcomes, resolve deficiencies, or unblock delivery.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, up to Directors and VPs—fostering constructive dialogue, harmonizing discordant views, and leading contentious issues to consensus.
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive the right outcomes, define clear goals, and proactively surface risks with mitigation plans.
- Simplify processes by adding, refining, or removing procedures to boost productivity.
- Participate in hiring and mentor others to get things done.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
- Knowledge of general AI tools.
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience in supply chain such as contracting, demand management, planning and procurement, and supply chain operations.
Pay
Base salary range: $115,600.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
