About the role

Join us and you'll help millions of customers discover the best from Amazon's multi-billion product selection through intelligent, automated merchandising. You will be responsible for creating and building critical services that automatically generate, target, and optimize Amazon's cross-category marketing and merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Owning strategic planning to achieve business objectives and define product vision, experimentation roadmap, and comprehensive balanced KPIs to measure impact and progress.
  • Working closely with software managers, engineers, applied scientists, and business stakeholders across different teams on a daily basis to define system architecture, define user stories, and discuss business and technical trade-offs.
  • Organizing customer research and studies to inform new tech investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience working on customer-facing experiences in recommendations or merchandising
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, and it may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
