A professional services firm in Virginia is seeking a Technical Recruiter to focus on full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical government and intelligence-related programs.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: OnsiteResponsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions supporting government programsSource, screen, and engage candidates for skilled trades, facilities, and engineering rolesPartner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using recruiting tools, job boards, and professional networksCoordinate interviews, support offer discussions, and maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATSQualifications:At least 2 years of recruiting experienceExperience working with technical recruiting or high-volume recruiting processesAbility to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managersProven adaptability, professionalism, and coachability in a fast-changing recruiting environmentExperience using an applicant tracking systemDesired Skills:Experience recruiting for cleared roles or government-related positionsFamiliarity with technical trades, facilities, construction, or engineering talent poolsExperience with ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or BullhornExperience supporting CONUS or OCONUS hiringBackground working with direct hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
