Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire IT positions.
- Recruit across a wide range of technologies including software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and product.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Partner closely with sales and account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, manage offer negotiations, and drive successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and activity within JobDiva.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay current on technology trends and market conditions to support clients and candidates effectively.
Requirements
- 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within an IT staffing agency required.
- Proven success recruiting technical professionals across multiple technology disciplines.
- Experience supporting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire recruiting.
Skills
- Strong outbound recruiting and passive candidate sourcing experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva (preferred), and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for enterprise technology clients.
- Existing network of IT professionals.
- Experience recruiting within software development, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, ERP, or infrastructure.
- Experience succeeding in a boutique or mid-sized staffing firm where you played a meaningful role in company growth, wore multiple hats, and thrived in a lean, high-accountability environment.
