Sr. Technical Recruiter

Our client is hiring a Senior Recruiter. You will partner with hiring managers across their technology organization, covering software engineering, data analytics, AI and ML, and product, and run every stage of the recruiting cycle from sourcing through hire. You will also own the metrics that drive time to hire and candidate quality, and keep the candidate experience engaging and positive throughout. The people who do well here have run full cycle recruitment in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and act as a genuine talent advisor to managers and stakeholders across the People team and the wider business. Responsibilities Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders.Manage every stage of the recruiting cycle across the technology organization: talent mapping, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates on a mix of intel, data and judgment.Source and engage candidates using data driven methods. Diagnose what is and is not working in the hiring process, turn that into clear action plans, and drive better pipeline health, candidate quality and stakeholder alignment.Lead the interview process: craft interview plans, keep the pipeline moving, run reference checks, and close candidates with real ownership.Use LLMs and AI tools as part of how the work gets done. What We Are Looking For Full cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.Track record hiring software engineering, data, AI and ML, or product roles.Comfort owning and reporting the metrics behind time to hire and candidate quality.Familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling in a recruiting workflow.
