Sr. Technical Program Manager - Platform & Data

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of complex tech programs from concept to launch
• Integrate AI into workflows for improved planning and reporting
• Align with Product and Engineering on roadmaps and execution
• Develop program operating models to enhance predictability and alignment
• Establish integrated program systems for milestones and processes
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across various teams
• Design scalable execution systems for enhanced visibility and consistency
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and execution gaps
• Monitor program delivery progress and improve decision-making speed
• Lead program communication with insights for technical and executive stakeholders
• Drive adoption of new processes through change management initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in leading complex technical programs, preferably in SaaS
• Ability to work independently and clarify ambiguity
• Strong skills in stakeholder alignment and influence
• Pioneered risk management and competing priorities
• Exceptional communication to simplify complex topics into actionable insights
• Experience in building frameworks for improved program execution
• Background in leading large-scale change management initiatives
