Sr. Technical Program Manager, Partner Experience Engineering

About the role
We are the Partner Experience organization in Prime Video, responsible for building systems and experiences that enable best in class content management, monetization and analytics for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3p partners (Hollywood Studios, Media Houses, Post production houses, content creators).
Responsibilities
- Leading core programs that help Prime Video Partners like Studios and Content creators ingest content into Prime Video.
- Working across multiple organizations to understand how partner's content makes from the studio all the way to the customer.
- Working with other TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to get a holistic picture of the partner's experience.
- Being Prime Video's technical representative in projects with external partners, working with 3P developers to integrate with APIs, or working in exploratory projects across multiple 2P and 3P development teams.
- Planning mechanisms for a 30+ developer team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
