Sr. Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, complex cloud software development programs from concept through delivery.
Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
Drive cross-functional communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Identify and resolve program-level risks, conflicts, and interdependencies proactively.
Champion continuous improvement and scalable processes across teams to optimize execution and delivery.
Provide executive-level visibility through reporting, dashboards, and structured program governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including managing enterprise-scale or cloud software programs.
• Proven experience developing software and/or managing programs in Cloud Software Development (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated adoption of AI-powered tools or agents as part of daily professional workflows, driving efficiency and improved decision-making.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
