About the role

A Sr. Technical Program Manager is needed to lead program management efforts for a major AI project. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, strong leadership skills, and a background in software engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans and manage timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and drive project success
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in technical program management
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
