Sr. Technical Manager

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for software development teams including hiring and training
• Assist product teams in enhancing existing functionalities and rearchitecting technology stack
• Set and prioritize technical direction and maintain team backlog
• Mentor staff in software development processes and practices
• Champion Agile principles across the organization
• Foster innovation and professional growth within the team
• Manage conflict and changes to maintain productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 12 years of software development experience
• 8 years of team leadership experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Pay

$163,200 – $224,400 annually
