Sr Tech Program Manager, Business Data Technologies

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal team members to establish mechanism for inspection and awareness of progress across cross cutting initiatives such as Engineering Excellence and other.
• Creation of communication mechanisms for collaboration across SVPs in the broader Consumer.
• Document, maintain and report on program processes.
• Identify and manage operational best practices with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and support NA Consumer Tech leaders/members in execution of program initiatives.
• Identify new areas of engagement and focus and where teams can continue to drive innovation through the Tech Community.
• Effective communication with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbal.
• Perform general administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, event management, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
