Job Details
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading tax engagements and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
- Provide strategic tax planning, projections, and guidance while leading IRS audits and tax notice responses.
- Manage and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional service and trusted business advice.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and tax staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to firm leadership, business strategy, and long-term growth as part of the firm's succession plan.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license.
- 15+ years of public accounting experience with strong tax preparation and review expertise.
- Deep knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate taxation.
- Prominent leadership experience managing client relationships and developing staff.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

$180,000 - $220,000 per year
