Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of business and individual tax clients
- Reviewing complex federal and multi-state income tax returns
- Providing proactive tax planning and consulting services
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Researching and resolving complex tax issues
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing professional staff
- Reviewing work, providing coaching, and helping develop future leaders
- Collaborating with firm leadership on strategic client matters
- Assisting with business development and firm growth initiatives
- Helping shape the future direction of Nosal Professional Group
Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 7-8+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting CPA firm
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation
- Experience reviewing returns for: Individuals, Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts
- Experience providing tax planning and consulting services
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- A desire to build a long-term career with the opportunity to become a future partner
Pay
Competitive compensation of $125,000-$150,000+, based on experience.
