Sr. Talent Program Manager - Early Careers

Responsibilities

• Design and manage global early career initiatives, including internships and graduate programs
• Monitor program success metrics and use feedback for continuous program enhancement
• Facilitate skill-building workshops tailored for early career talent
• Conduct needs assessments to refine learning pathways connecting academics to business needs
• Deliver engaging and world-class program experiences to enhance employer branding
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize intern-to-full-time transitions
• Build and evaluate strategic university partnerships to expand the talent pipeline

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Development or Early Careers in a global tech setting
• Hands-on experience with internship or university-focused programs
• Skilled workshop facilitator with ability to inspire early career professionals
• Proven track record in managing external university partnerships
• Exceptional organizational skills for multi-faceted program management
• Expertise in using data for program assessment and improvement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
