About the role
We are actively seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer - Modeling with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. Must meet DoDD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification) and hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain TeamWork Cloud and Cameo (and associated tools like Cassandra DB) as AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment
- Expertise configuring, deploying, and maintaining applications as AaC through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Demonstrate solid engineering rigor and expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
- Work with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g. Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Communicate complex issues clearly and succinctly
- Integrate applications with workflow, case or ticketing, or automation platforms such as ServiceNow or custom-built systems
- Understand and implement IDAM requirements and technologies including Active Directory, SAML, OpenLDAP, OAuth 2.0, and/or OIDC
- Create comprehensive test plans for unit and user system testing and validation
- Develop integration interfaces using Python, PowerShell, and Groovy
- Use basic DevOps Tooling (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab)
- Lead and oversee a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
- Manage COTS applications/tools systems engineering experience (configuring/deploying AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment)
- Manage IBM Enterprise Lifecycle as AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment
- Manage SharePoint as AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment
- Manage Tableau as AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment
- Manage API Gateways, catalogs in a cloud-based environment
- Develop cross-domain capabilities
- Have experience with Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM
- Be comfortable with Containerized Development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field
- At least DoDD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
- Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining applications as AaC using CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment
- Expertise configuring, deploying, and maintaining applications as AaC through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, and Groovy
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience with IDAM requirements and technologies including Active Directory, SAML, OpenLDAP, OAuth 2.0, and/or OIDC
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with containerized development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes)
