Job Description This position is responsible for executing daily support of shipments from suppliers, manufacturing operations, and home delivery agents to customers. The focus is on meeting customer delivery expectations while ensuring cost effective transportation solutions through cross functional collaboration. Responsibilities Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriersPerform all tactical home delivery functions: issue resolution, order management, and agent changesMaintain effective communication between manufacturing operations, customer service, home delivery agents and carriersResolve time critical transportation and delivery issues utilizing cost effective methodsIdentify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and drive actions to resolutionCross training in other positions within the departmentAbility to work an alternate schedule which may require evening and weekend availability occasionally Key Competencies Customer focus; builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsDecision Quality; makes sound decisions, even in the absence of complete informationDrives result; consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstancesAction oriented; takes action on challenges, identifies and seizes new opportunities with a can-do attitudeCollaboration; works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectivesCommunicate effectively; develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesInstills trust; gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticityResilient; rebounds from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult circumstances Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business or related field strongly preferredLean/ Six Sigma training and/or certification preferredProficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience using PowerBI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
