About the role

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. This role is for a Supply Chain Product Manager within the AIS Power and Cooling organization, focusing on building a scalable, predictive, and prescriptive supply chain risk management system.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Construction, and other partner teams to maintain continuity of supply while minimizing risks. Data-driven decision-making is central to this role, as you will develop solutions enabling senior leaders to make critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic plans to improve service, productivity, and quality, aligned with organizational vision.
  • Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure measurable performance improvement.
  • Understand technical partner requirements and lead supply chain strategy vision and execution with internal and external new product development teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior leadership focused on supply chain risk management.
  • Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigations with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program, project, or product management, or leading product implementation experience.
  • 6+ years of related industry experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience creating an innovative global supply strategy resulting in tangible business benefits.
  • Experience leading and defining requirements across diverse organizations.
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments (e.g., consumer electronics).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.
  • Experience in negotiations with global suppliers, with a proven track record in cost reduction.
  • Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners.
  • Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (e.g., category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting).

Pay

Base salary range: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle). The final compensation package includes sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
