Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance Manager (ONSITE - Tucson)

About the role

Join RTX Enterprise Services as a Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance Manager in Real Estate Services (ERS). Lead team supervisors and hourly workforce supporting 5 million square feet of manufacturing and office space in Tucson. This role requires strong PRISM operating skills to monitor and control maintenance requirements in Raytheon’s SAP-based CMMS system (PRISM), along with organizational management and labor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning, track employee training, certify timecard and attendance management, and manage area layout and flow.
• Provide a safe work environment; actively lead and engage in safety improvement discussions.
• Assign daily schedules for preventive maintenance (PMs) and work orders, conduct stand-up meetings, set priorities, and review reports/metrics to identify and resolve problem areas.
• Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) to support facilities maintenance requirements.
• Manage materials and order supplies, including through MRO stores for PMs and work orders.
• Coordinate overtime when required and log/track hours in OTIS.
• Track vehicle maintenance, schedule services and repairs, and work with fleet management.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAS analysis for logistics review boards.
• Establish and maintain rapport with all levels of personnel, leadership, and customers.
• Drive performance improvement by analyzing metrics, daily reports, KPIs, Kaizen projects, and developing plans to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years’ leadership experience in facilities maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and schooling.
• 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, operations, projects, and maintenance.
• 3+ years’ experience using PRISM or other CMMS operating system; SAP-based CMMS system (PRISM).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Bargaining Unit employees.
• SAP/CMMS operation.
• Power Logic power monitoring and operation.
• Project management and scheduling.

Schedule

This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance employees.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
