About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the finance department, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations. They will also lead the team in implementing new financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Lead the implementation of new financial systems and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is available for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial software and systems

Qualifications
