For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Strategic Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. In this role, you will own a strategic portfolio of accounts and drive long-term client value through retention, expansion, and stronger product adoption. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to translate client needs into actionable growth strategies. This position also plays an important role in influencing product direction, improving cross-functional processes, and supporting the company’s broader market growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Own and lead a strategic book of business with accountability for account health and retention. Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for clients to enhance product dependency. Build relationships with senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor. Influence product strategy through deep client and product knowledge. Bridge communications between clients and internal teams to support process improvements. Analyze client data to identify trends and drive growth initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to evolve client strategy and strengthen market presence. Provide mentorship and thought leadership across the organization. Qualifications 7+ years of account management or client leadership experience, driving net revenue retention and long-term client value. Experience in ABS/Structured Products Finance, Lending, or FinTech sectors. Strong executive-level relationship and communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders. Analytical orientation to translate data into actionable growth strategies. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a complex portfolio effectively. Technical aptitude to understand complex FinTech SaaS products and workflows. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
