The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Responsibilities

• Develop and drive end-to-end project plans for specific categories and businesses.
• Ensure projects meet budget and timing parameters.
• Schedule and manage the review cadence and creative milestones.
• Identify solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Raise risk throughout the process to ensure operational excellence.
• Seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles or problem-solve with the team as needed.
• Foster team dynamics through coaching and translation of project management approach.
• Participate in Culture Initiatives focusing on personal behavioral growth.

Requirements

• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management or Marketing Operations experience.
• Proven experience in project management: high performing with the ability to execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Collaborative team player, able to co-create with passion.
• Strong organization and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Agency experience, or experience working with an agency.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of retail operations and customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
