Role Responsibilities
- Deliver training to field teams, including: Mid-level field leaders (e.g., managers of sales reps, merchandisers, event specialists).
- Safety-related training aligned with company safety culture.
- Facilitate training via: Live sessions, Webinars, Occasional in-person delivery (travel).
- Act as a relationship-based partner to field and cross-functional teams.
- Help manage and respond to training requests via: Shared inboxes, Possible help desk/ticket systems.
- Cook up closely with: Design team (content creation and refinement), Other Learning & Development partners.
Assess Training Needs
Assess the training needs of assigned teams through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Evaluate Training Materials
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts by supporting and developing the Supervisor group through one-on-one instruction, annual meetings, and group calls/webinars by presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
