Sr. Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff to use complex software products
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral and third-party software
• Utilize various classroom techniques including Zoom and Google Meet
• Complete departmental reports within deadlines
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Compile training documents and course material
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Frequent travel up to 50%
• 1+ years of experience with the company
• Customer Software preferred
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred
• 3+ years public safety experience preferred
• 1+ years working with public safety products
• Background check required due to work environment constraints
