Sr. Training Specialist

for prose. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (job summary), "Responsibilities" (principal accountabilities + additional responsibilities), "Requirements" (minimum qualifications), "Qualifications" maybe overlapping? Could combine. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those specific labels if content exists. We can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include those with real content. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We have Skills mentioned in qualifications: "Excellent presentation skills...", "Ability to complete full training cycle...", "Open to commuting...", "Know the capabilities of various e-learning development tools...", "Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)", "Knowledge of effective use of graphics and skilled at writing effective copy...", "Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously...", "Strong attention to detail...", "Ability to function effectively in a highly collaborative team environment", "Capability to interact with individuals at all levels". Those are skills. We could put them under Skills heading. Qualifications could be education and experience. Requirements could be minimum qualifications? Might be overlapping. But we can separate: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications = Preferred qualifications (Masters preferred, healthcare environment preferred). But we need to avoid filler. Let's extract: Job Summary paragraph: "At Memorial Hermann, we pursue a common goal...". Actually that's intro. Then "Job Summary The Senior Training & Instructional Design Specialist will design, develop and deliver exceptional education and training programs...". That's the role description. We can put About the role: that paragraph. Responsibilities: combine Principal Accountabilities and Additional Responsibilities (they are duties). Use
- for each duty.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree required, preferably in related field such as OD, industrial psychology, education, communications, HR management or related field. We could split Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (the skill list). But the instruction says use headings for those specific labels if content exists. So we can have Requirements (education + experience) and Skills (the skill list). Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Skills. But we could also have Qualifications for preferred qualifications (Masters preferred, healthcare environment preferred). However those are already in Requirements. Might be redundant.
Better: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education + experience), Skills (the skill list). No Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now format.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
